French doors opening into the garden.
Bathroom: Shower, sink, w.c. We supply hand towels, cotton bath mat, non-slip shower mat,
liquid hand soap & shower gel. (Please note we do not supply bath/beach towels).

First Floor:
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed with 1 Single guest bed underneath single bed
(which adjusts to the same height as the single bed)
Family Bathroom: Bath, shower, sink, w.c., hand towels, cotton bath mat, non-slip bath mat,
non slip shower mat, liquid hand soap & shower gel.
Please note: We do not supply bath towels, beach towels or bedding for the baby travel cot.
The bedrooms are light & airy and the beds have crisp white cotton bed linen, warm hollowfibre duvets,
pretty quilted cotton bedspreads, mattress protectors, pillow protectors, 2 pillows per person & a bath
robe on the back of each bedroom door. Please bring your own bath/beach towels.
The bedrooms are carpeted and have wardrobes/drawers, bedside tables, lamps and a 19 inch widescreen
television/Freeview & DVD player.
A baby travel cot & a high chair are available on request (please bring your own cot bedding). Child safety gates
are fitted at the top and bottom of staircase. A Mamas & Papas Freestyler grey pushchair is available to use
at your own risk.
There is a small lawned area to the front of the cottage with a garden bench and the rear garden has a lawn
and a patio with a large garden table, 10 garden chairs, garden umbrella, barbecue & rotary washing line.
Parking for 2 cars to the rear of the cottage.
Smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are fitted for your safety. All portable electrical appliances
in the cottage are professionally P.A.T. (Portable Appliance Tested) annually and certified by local Mundesley
company Horton Levi Ltd, conforming to insurance and government regulations and for your safety.
