The light & airy bedrooms each have crisp white bed linen, warm duvets, pretty bedspreads,
mattress protectors, pillow protectors, 2 pillows per person & a bath robe.
The bedrooms have wardrobes/drawers, bedside tables, lamps and a 19 inch widescreen
television with DVD player & Freeview. The bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort.
A baby travel cot & a high chair are available on request. Stair gates are fitted.
A Mamas & Papas Freestyler grey pushchair is also available to use (at your own
risk), in case you don’t have room in the car to bring your own.
** Please bring your own bath/beach towels & bedding for the baby travel cot.
There is a small lawn to the front of the cottage with a garden bench and the rear garden has
a lawn and a patio area with tables, chairs, garden umbrellas, barbecue & rotary washing line.
There is Parking for 2 cars to the rear of the cottage.
The cottage has gas central heating.
Smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are fitted for your safety.
All portable electrical appliances in the cottage are professionally P.A.T. (Portable
Appliance Tested) annually and certified by local Mundesley company Horton Levi
Ltd, conforming to government regulations, and for your safety.
