Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with washing
machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer,
2 tables/10 chairs, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, glasses,
ovenware, cutlery, flasks, etc. There is a picnic basket
with plates/cups/glasses etc, binoculars and a hair dryer.
There is a Fire Blanket & First Aid Kit.
Lounge: Comfortable sofas, 42” wide screen TV,
dvd/video recorder with dvd’s and Full Package SKY Plus,
Large French doors open from the Lounge the enclosed
garden and patio which has table, chairs and a barbecue.
Bathroom: Shower, sink and w.c.
Hand towels, bathmats and bathrobes are provided.
Bedroom 1: 1 Single bed.
Wardrobe/drawers, bedside table and lamp.
Understairs Cupboard: Hoover, Travel cot, Highchair.
Hall: Coat Rack, Shoe Rack.
FIRST FLOOR:
Family Bathroom: Bath, shower, sink and w.c.

Please bring your own bath and beach towels.
Bedroom 2: 1 King Size bed.
Wardrobe/drawers, bedside table and lamp.
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed & 1 single bed.
Wardrobe/drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 4: 2 Double beds.
Wardrobe/drawers, bedside tables and lamps.
The light, airy bedrooms have freshly laundered, crisp
white bed linen, warm duvets, pretty bedspreads,
mattress/ pillow protectors and 2 pillows per person.
They are all carpeted for your comfort.
A travel cot & high chair are available on request. Please
bring your own bedding for cot. Stair gates are fitted.
There are Smoke Detectors throughout the house and a
Carbon Monoxide Detector for your safety.
All the portable electrical appliances are professionally
P.A.T. (portable appliance tested) and certified by local
Mundesley company Horton Levi Ltd annually, to conform
to Government regulations.
